KBL Vibrancy smoothie

  • ½ cup organic frozen blueberries or mixed berries 

  • ¼ avocado 

  • 1 small handful of spinach 

  • 1 ½ cups of your choice of liquid 

    Examples: Filtered water, organic coconut water, nut milks such as almond or cashew, coconut milk or regular organic milk (ideally raw)

    Your choice of add ins: 

  • Nut butter or 1 scoop of protein powder

  • a few drops of stevia

  • 1 teaspoon of any of the following:

    • Hemp seed

    • Chia seed 

    • Flax seed 

    • Bee pollen (if not Allergic) 

    • Cinnamon 

    • Collagen

You can add more or less liquid or ice to achieve your desired consistency and blend until smooth.

This smoothie is full of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, healthy fats, fiber and  protein to keep you satisfied.
