I’m Kerra —
As a busy mother of two, I’m passionate about making health and vitality feel approachable and achievable. I believe our most radiant self is achieved by looking at the whole person rather than isolating different aspects of our lifestyle. I have learned so much through my education and my own health journey and I want to inspire and motivate you to find that balance and become the best version of you.
My approach to creating true health encompasses the whole person as we can only achieve our best self when all areas of our life are balanced. It’s not only about the food that we eat - although it plays a very important role in our wellness, health is so much more than nutrition. It’s our mental health, our relationships, our jobs, our life purpose. It’s common when we are imbalanced to make poor eating choices and it can feel hard to stay on track. My approach to health and wellness tackles learning about nutrition and educating ourselves on how to properly nourish our bodies, as well addressing how to make sustainable changes across our lifestyle as a whole.
Working with a health coach allows you to prioritize your wellbeing in a way that is tailored specifically to you, creates a sense of accountability, and is sustainable over the longrun.
